OFFICE POLICY & INSURANCE

Medical services are provided and billed directly to the client. At this time, we do not participate with any major health insurance plans in the region.

We will be unable to file a claim on your behalf. However, we can provide you with an invoice that you can submit to your insurance company to instruct them to send reimbursements directly to you.

For more details, please refer to the Office Policy here

HEALTH PLANS

We do not accept any insurance providers at this time.

However, we will provide an invoice for the services rendered that can be used by the patient to raise a claim with their insurance company directly based on the insurance company policies.

QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR BILL

What billing or insurance information will I receive?

You will receive a copy of your bill including an invoice from the doctor's office. We'll provide you with a monthly statement of your account. As we do not accept any insurance providers at this time, you can raise a claim with the insurance provider directly.

Why am I getting bills from physicians?

Each physician who provides professional services will send you a separate bill from his or her office. These physicians will include:

  • Your own physician

  • Other physicians who conducted tests and procedure

  • Consulting physicians chosen by your primary physician to read and interpret test results.

You will be responsible for paying these bills as well.
